Thank you to Debra Timmis and her excellent team of individuals. Cannot rate the service provided highly enough. I know for sure I’m not the easiest customer to deal with due to wanting constant updates and reassurance. The sale of our property was a long drawn out process due to having a purchase fall through on us at the same time. Along with this and my neediness, this did not affect their attitude towards me, never felt like I was too much trouble and their bespoke service is very prevalent. Every time I contacted them it didn't matter which member of staff I dealt with, they all knew how things were progressing and where things were at with the sale.
